At The Sacrifice, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
📦 Return Period
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
- After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
🧾 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Free of damage
- Complete with all labels and tags attached
Products that show signs of wear or damage unfortunately cannot be accepted.
🚚 Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
💳 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original order.
